I have reached out THREE times with no reply. When first using the AC stick and taking it apart to put it back in the case… half of the screw fell off. I emailed them. No reply. Then, the shaft broke and I wrote them again. No reply. I followed up with an email and call WITH ZERO RESPONSE from this company.

I have been struggling with a forging problem in my healing with my 3 year old male. Within 2-3 sessions using the AC stick on a low setting, I was able to show him how to be rewarded for an excellent position. I will never train my future dogs without this again.
Stim is too strong for most dogs on the lowest level and is also inconsistent

Nice training tool. Gave a not so great heeling dog boundaries.
My only complaint is that when I'm in the sun, like on a training field, the display is dim and hard to read.
